I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location, right in front of the pool, was perfect and very convenient for easy access. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and mold, which was a downside. Despite being away from the front of the building, the room itself was spacious and clean.

While some staff members were very friendly, accommodating, and courteous, there was an unfortunate incident where one staff member was completely rude to me and my fiancee, yelling at us when we came back after check-out to retrieve something. On the positive side, the breakfast service was absolutely amazing.

The hotel's location was okay, being only a couple of minutes away from Busch Gardens. It was also close to Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI, and Busch Gardens, and not far from the beach. The area seemed quiet, although there was a sign in front warning of a bug problem from neighboring trees.

The breakfast selection was good, with sufficient options to satisfy hunger and considering it's complimentary. We made sure to grab our meal right after it was set up to enjoy the freshness.
